Online: Interpersonal Mindfulness Program


Schedule:
Orientation: Tuesday, January 20th from 6:30-9:00
Classes meet: 8 Tuesday evenings from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm ET
January 27th - March 24th (skip March 17th)
Daylong Class: (an integral part of the program) Saturday, February 21st from 9:30 am - 5:00 pm

This program was specifically designed for graduates of MBSR and MBCT programs but is suitable for anyone with a mindfulness practice who has experience or is willing to experience stepping out of silent practice and applying mindfulness in human interaction.

Those of you on the MBSR teacher training pathway will remember that one of the underpinnings of the MBSR course is Relational Wisdom. This course is an excellent way to deepen in one’s ability to embody this underpinning.
