Insight Meditation 101 - A Six-Week Beginners Course (Live Online)


This course will provide fundamental instruction in insight meditation. Emphasis is placed on the formal practices of sitting and walking meditation and on developing mindfulness in daily life.

There will be an opportunity for practice, instruction, and talks, as well as group dialogue and inquiry. There will also be ongoing practice assignments each week to support the practical application of these teachings into your daily life. The course is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced meditators who wish to maintain their “beginner’s mind.”
