Monday, September 9th, 6:30 - 9:00 pm ET

MBSR Class Dates:
8 Mondays from 6:30- 9:00 pm
September 16th -November 4th
MBSR Daylong:
Sunday, October 20th from 9:30 am - 5 pm ET
